BABY AND ME

10-11am Thursdays

Looking for community post babe? Looking for something just for you? This is a very relaxed session where you can bring your babe and roll your mat out and not feel judged. For beginners or those wanting to reconnect with your body and practice. All the chaos welcome.

PRIVATE AND 121s

Regular or one-off privates and 121s whether you just want to tweak your practice or looking for something more specific to work on. Taylor made sequences and mediations. Specialising in working with pre and post natal, teens and chronic illness.
